Case studies
Each case describes one restaurant account: what state it was in, what we changed in the menu, the combos, the photography and the campaigns, and what moved afterwards. Restaurants are not named — a delivery account is commercially sensitive, and we publish a case only in the form the client has agreed to. Figures are given exactly as the client confirmed them, as ranges rather than rounded-up single numbers, and never in absolute money.
