Case studies
Each case describes one restaurant account: what state it was in, what we changed in the menu, the photography and the campaigns, and what moved afterwards. Restaurants are not named — a delivery account is commercially sensitive, and we publish a case only in the form the client has agreed to. Figures are exactly as the client confirmed them and agreed to publish them: sometimes as ranges, sometimes as the monthly figures straight out of the account. Our cases come from several European markets, and each one says which.
